From a story in Tuesday's edition of the Fayetteville Observer: A California couple allowed a thirteen year old boy to drive them home after they had had too much to drink. They each had several DUI's between them and thought having him drive them home would help avoid another DUI. It turned out not to be the best plan of action....duh.
